Fundraising is a critical part of the BAHS Music Booster mission. Funding for the arts and music programs continue to not meet the needs of the students and growing program. The boosters host/organize two types of fundraising activities, group support activities and Individual activities. Example of how those two programs work and what they support are listed below.
New Music Instruments & Repairs
Provides or offsets uniform and robes costs (low/no cost items, cleaning, up keep, and repairs)
Sheet Music and Custom Scores
Awards & Award Ceremonies
Student Recognition and Scholarships
Guest Clinicians and Conductors
Strings/Picks/Bows/Rosin/Amps
Competition Fees
Trips and Appearances offsets
Offset the out of pocket for any individual student's participation in travel activities
Efforts/proceeds are tracked back to an individual student
This account acts like a "savings account" to be applied to the cost of trips for the current year and beyond
BAHS Music Boosters manages this account on behalf of the student and funds can only be applied to trip expenses/deposits.
This program-styled book will be distributed in print and digital formats at over 12 department/booster events. Ads can be from organizations, businesses, parents/grandparents, family, and friends of a student in an ensemble.
Students receive 50% of all proceeds to help defray the cost of their annual trip!!
These programs are specifically designed to help offset individual student expenses. Through these booster-coordinated programs, students can earn money to offset the cost of their portion of enrichment events and trips. These are also called individual or student fundraising opportunities.

We accept donations of all kinds and sizes. Cash, Check, or Electronic Payments are welcome. All proceeds go directly back into program enrichment. Donations are also accepted all music performances.
This event happens in the Spring and is an excellent opportunity for adults to gather, have a good time, and support a cause dear to their students.
This annual event, produced in conjunction with the Maryland Marching Band Association, brings bands from across the state to Bobcat Stadium to compete and celebrate the marching arts!
